S and I have decided to start getting fit. We need to totally change our diet (as it stands we eat fast food AT LEAST 3x a week - no bueno!).
We're going to start off doing 8 weeks of a low-carb diet followed by slowly introducing ourselves into the paleo lifestyle. In the process, we want to learn how to make better nutritional choices - not only for us but our toddler as well. S wants to lose about 25lbs and I NEED to lose at least 100lbs.
I will try to update our progress every 2 - 3 weeks. I'll probably post a few recipes/lists/exercises/ECT along the way.
